Ways to Donate

Donate to support local educational events.

Please check out the Education page to learn more about education and outreach events that the local TU members and staff work on. Donating through this link will earmark your funds to support purchasing the necessary supplies needed to hold educational events, funding snacks for volunteers, or helping the Chapter cover venue costs for events that they host.

Donate

Donate to support local restoration projects on the ground.

You can learn more about the types of work TU is doing in the Spokane River Basin (including St. Joe and CDA Rivers) and in the Pend Oreille Basin by clicking on the projects at the bottom of the Impact page. Although most of the funding for these projects comes from grants, often there are unforeseen expenses that can occur and have the potential to stop projects because there is no extra money in the grant to cover these costs. Your donation will get these projects over the finish line and make a difference for fish and local waterways.

Donate

A recurring donation.

This option will be split between the chapter and the national staff to cover their day-to-day operational costs. It might be to support the outreach efforts of the Chapter including things like the cost to host the website, or time writing grants for restoration work, or to cover the costs of the office space. In the non-profit world, this type of flexible funding is so important and hard to find.

$5$10$25

Project campaigns.

Sometimes funds are needed as non-federal match for projects. These usually are a percentage of the total project costs. When we have an exciting project in the works that needs match dollars, we will create a page about that project and open this link to make sure your funds go straight to making sure that specific project happens.
